1. Refund and Exchange Policy

We accept refunds or exchanges only if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the refund shipping charges unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items and will be processed after quality inspection.

Once a refund is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (whichever is applicable).

Shipping charges are not refundable.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all over India.

COD orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of dispatch. After that, cancellations are not allowed.
